What is mouse mischief..?
Each student in the class room gets a mouse and they interact on a shared display at the front of the room.
The teacher is in control of the mouse mischief application .Imagine interactive PowerPoint slides where students can do activities on PowerPoint slides designed by the teacher. Mouse mischief reads PPT and PPTX files .Mouse mischief is and application that uses the multipoint comcept.They include world   Tile, Math Game  etc.If you have over 40 students in a class room we can each pair of students sharing 1 mouse.
Each student in the class room gets a mouse that is connected to the computer doing the presentation. They should not touch their mice until the instructor stars mouse mischief .exe.
Once application is running, the students can use their mice. One the mouse mischief logo score the teacher must enter the mouse password (LLRLLR by default)The teacher chooses a PowerPoint file to open .The file listed here are  from the “lecture” folder. Select grade six math lesson.(Decimal )

Teacher chooses a class list .These is listed from the “Class” folder and store the list of the students in the class. The user experience is much better when the actual students’ names are being used. The students choose their cursor icons .The teacher presses “Right arrow” key on keyboard.

The teacher goes through the PowerPoint presentation .Using the menu any time they want  by Up –arrow on keyboard .

I hope to use mouse mischief application software to teach decimal to grade 6 students. Introduce the relationship between decimal and fractions are the main objective of the lesson.
This software helps the students to internalize the basic concepts decimals

Students have to answer the question within the ten seconds and click the connect answer. Then students in the class is given a chance ten second mousses of the students will  be locked and teacher selects the answer.answer. Marks will be awarded to the students who give connect answers.
Shaded picture is given in the 5 th slide .Area of five tenth is shaded .Students have to click true or false .If the answer is correct  marks will be awarded to the students.


Students have to match the shaded picture with the correct fraction


At random teacher selects some students and gets them to match the pictures with the correct fraction. Students will be the awarded marks. Students will be given many activities to do. And give them a feedback.

Display the answer slide.


They have to click the correct answer within ten seconds. 


Students will be awarded marks and display the marks in the class room.


Get them to writes hundredth as decimals
They will be given a keypad  and they can fill the blank using the keypad. They will be given 20 minutes.

4 Students can be given chance to drag and answer. They will point out the connect answer and students will be given marks  if they answer correctly.



By using the keyboard and given chance to complete the table. At random teacher selects students and point out the blank that  they should answer. Students will write the answer.


Display the answer slide and hold a discussion .More and more examples  will be given by teacher for orally and students answer accordingly.Students marks will be displayed in the scoreboard. This scoreboard will help to identify the students with difficulties and provide they will more activities to clarity the doughts.
